2016 XBC Championship Entry

Finally !!! . . . . . Some two months later than anticipated, we have received our MSA Championship Permit, so we are now officially open for entries.

The 2016 XBC Championship Regs can be downloaded from the 2016 Events page on our Web Site :

http://www.crossborderspeed.co.uk/wp/2016-events

Our on-line entry system is ready and waiting for your entry, and if you were a competitor in last season’s October Kames Sprint then all your details and your car details are already in place, and it should just take a few clicks to generate your entry.

If you have not used our on-line system before, you will be prompted to Register, and create your own XBC account. This is quick and easy to do, and will save lots of time and effort in the future.

Add your personal details, add one or more cars to your garage, and you are ready to go !!

Your on-line entry to the 2016 XBC Championship can be initiated from the XBC Events page on our Web Site :

We will be delighted to welcome back our 2015 Competitors, and very much hope that we will see a good number of additional entries from Competitors from further back in time, and from the membership of our new Host Club, East Ayrshire Car Club. Newcomers and new faces are also very welcome so please forward this email to anyone that you think might be interested.

The XBC Championship is for you, run by Competitors for Competitors, whether you plan a serious campaign, just a few events, or as a “passport to entry” to one or more of the events on our list.

With the MSA induced delay to opening for entries, we need to get things moving, so please act quickly, . . . . . Enter today !!

If there is anything that you need help with, please contact us, and we will do what we can.

We look forward to your entry, and seeing you on the track.

2016 XBC MSA Permit – Still Awaited

Well here we are, back from Snowboarding, Dave is un-injured this year . . . . . . . Well . . . . . Nothing actually broken !!! . . . . . Seen here praying for a reduction in the force of gravity !!

Our XBC Championship Regs have been with the MSA for some considerable time now, and they are still not back. We know that the MSA have a backlog, and have been busy with exhibitions, so it seems that all we can do for now is to sit and wait.

As soon as we have our permit, we will be open for entries !!

Oliver’s Mount Entries etc.

Entries have now closed for the first two rounds at Kames this coming weekend, and the finals are out. A quick run through the list suggests that we have over a dozen WMC members turning up, with a good few others known to still have their car in bits, injury, or illness as an excuse !!

Entries close for rounds three and four at Doune tomorrow (07/04/2015) but there is still time to get an on-line entry in. (Use the link on the XBC website)

Entries for Oliver’s Mount close on the 17th of April, so it is time to get your entries organised for this event.

The Regs and Entry Form are now available for download from the XBC site. Oliver’s Mount was, I believe, the most requested new venue, and it would therefore be encouraging to see a good level of support from our competitors.

The Championship Stickers have been redesigned, please allow an A5 sized space on your car, and having recently received final confirmation from our headline sponsor, the artwork is with the printer, and we very much hope to have these available to you at the first event. The new design can be previewed on the XBC site.

Entries to the Cross Border Championship officially close this weekend, but we will be accepting entries handed to us in person if you are at Kames. Otherwise . . . . . there is still time.
